This strawberry banana smoothie bowl is the perfect healthy way to start your day!
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ banana + ½ sliced banana
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- Combine the strawberries, HALF of the banana, rolled oats, peanut butter, ground flaxseed and almond milk into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into two bowls and top with the remaining half of sliced banana and frozen blueberries.
