Description

This strawberry banana smoothie bowl is the perfect healthy way to start your day!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ banana + ½ sliced banana
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed

Instructions

  1. Combine the strawberries, HALF of the banana, rolled oats, peanut butter, ground flaxseed and almond milk into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into two bowls and top with the remaining half of sliced banana and frozen blueberries.
