Easy Vegan Bean Salad

You'll need: onions, tahini, garbanzo beans, balsamic vinegar, spices and olive oil!


Heat the onions over low-medium heat until they are a deep brown color. Stir to prevent burning. This will take 30-40 minutes.


Add in the balsamic vinegar and let it reduce for a minute. Turn off the heat.


Add the beans, tahini, spices, and caramelized onions to a food processor.


Blend until smooth. Add in water or olive oil until you reach a nice consistency.

Serve & Enjoy!!!
