Brussel Spouts with Balsamic Glaze

Spread them out on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.


Roast the sprouts in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.


Whisk together the raspberry preserves and balsamic vinegar. Bring the mixture to a simmer.


Simmer the vinegar until it reduces in volume by half. It will be thicker and sticky.


Toss the Roasted Brussels sprouts and balsamic glaze together.
