You'll need: garlic, olive oil and salt! That's it!
Slice the head of the garlic off to expose all of the cloves inside. Leave the peels on the rest of the garlic
Place the garlic bulb on foil. Drizzle it with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Wrap the foil around the garlic bulb to create a little bundle.
Add the garlic bundle into the preheated air fryer (400 degrees).
Air Fry for 25 minutes. Carefully remove the garlic bundle. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
Carefully unwrap the foil. Squeeze out the garlic cloves as needed and enjoy!
Serve roasted garlic on toasted bread, add it to pasta, blend it into a soup or sauce or add it dressings!
