You'll only need: balsamic vinegar and raspberry preserves or jam!
Add the vinegar and raspberry preserves to a frying pan. Bring it to a rapid simmer and let it reduce for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
The glaze is done when you can drag a spatula along the pan and the glaze is thick enough to hold its position for a few seconds.
Enjoy this with roasted Brussel sprouts or drizzle it on pizza!
Balsamic glaze also pairs well with watermelon, goat cheese and arugula salad!
