This simple miso tahini sauce only takes 5 minutes to make! The tahini sauce is sweetened with maple syrup which balances out the salty miso and nutty tahini. It is the perfect addition to grain bowls, healthy salads or roasted veggies! Additionally, this sauce is vegan and nut-free!

My favorite way to use this miso tahini dressing is on my roasted root vegetable bowl. It completely brings all the flavors together! It also pairs well with a beet and butternut squash salad.
Tahini is a condiment commonly used in middle eastern and mediterranean cooking. It is made from toasted sesame seeds which are ground into a paste. It's also often added to hummus such as caramelized onions hummus or buffalo hummus to contribute to the overall consistency and flavor of the dish. Tahini also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
