Vegan PB&J overnight oats are so easy to make! This tasty breakfast has only 5 minutes of prep time. Let it sit overnight and enjoy!


  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (no sugar added)
  • 1 tbsp jelly or jam
  • Fresh berries (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients except the fresh berries to a 12-oz mason jar.
  2. Stir until the peanut butter and jelly/jam begins to mix in.
  3. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.
  4. In the morning add fresh berries on top if desired and enjoy!


  • Mix your oats to your liking. I generally don’t mix the ingredients more than a couple stirs. 
  • Enjoy warm or cold! I usually eat my oats cold straight out of the jar!
  • I LOVE oat milk, but you can use your favorite non-dairy or regular milk.
